English language challenges
Hello my friends! How are you? I'm fine, because for second oportunity in this week I'm in the English class, haha.
Today I'm going to talk about my experience learning English at university. I remember that in the first year here, I started in the English 3. In the school this subject was very dificult for me, because my pronunciation was (is?) very bad. For this, in that moment I feel afraid. Besides, the teacher, Mr. Jorquera, wasn't a likeable person.
But now, in English 4, the things are very much better. I think that I know more words and this is for use the aplication Duolingo, a very interesting aplication where you learn English with funny exercises. It was recomended for our teacher, Benjy.
Speaking about the teacher, he is a great master, because he show us a Caribbean writers, funny interviews and also is a nice person.
About the blog, I think that is very good for learn English, because writing you can know more words and this is important for later can read texts in English.
Some aspects of my English that I need improve is my pronunciation and my listening. Thanks at the video selfie for the class, I think that my pronunciation now is a bit better, but is not enough. For example, if I travel to England or USA, maybe the people couldn't understand me. For my listening, maybe I need watch more series in English in Netflix without subtitles like the movies that we saw in the class, haha.
Well, is all for today. This is a sad post for me, because is the last. I hope that you has enjoy it. See you son, my dears readers :( Bye!

Changes to my study programme
Hello my dear people! How are you? I hope that fine. In my case, I'm very sad because the last weekend the U, my soccer team, lose the final of Chile Cup against Wanderers. Is even worse than have bad calification with the teacher Benjy!
But well, no more soccer, because this is my favorite moment of the week: the hour of a new post in my English blog, haha. Today, I'm going to talk about the changes to my study programme.
Well, how you know I'm studying Journalism in University of Chile. Is one of the most important schools in this subject in our country, but like everything, it could be better.
For example, I think that we have much theorical's class that aren't necessary for be a good professional journalist. I prefer have more class just about journalism, where we study about how use the elements necessary for our profession, like cameras or personal computers. Less booring texts and more action in the streets!
Besides, maybe someone will hate me for this that I will say, but other thing that I think that is important for the people is practice sports for his health. For this, I propose obligatory sport's curses in our curriculum. In our campus we have very much places for the sports, so we haven't excuses.
Finally, how our teacher says, I think that is necessary more English in our curriculum, because in a few days is the end of this curse and I'm not ready for travel to England and talk with the people, haha.
Well, is all for today. I hope that you enjoy my post and remember write a comment here and vote this Sunday, because our country is in dangerous of have again a thief like president.
See you the next week. Bye.

Summer vacation
Well, well, well. We are here again.
Hello my friends, how are you? I'm very happy because the last weekend my favorite soccer team (the U) won and now we are at the top on the table! But no more divagations, because is hour of a new post in my blog.
The topic of today is some ugly for me. Why? Because I must talk about my summer vacation, something that I love. I like to travel to other countries in South America. For example, the last years I went to Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. But why now I'm sad? Because in this summer I will not travel to any place, because I must do my professional practice.
My idea is go with my friends for a few days to the beach, before start the practice. Then, when I'm working, I will pass my time in a office writing in a newspapper or in the street like journalist searching news. When I think in that I just want to cry.
Maybe, when the practice end, with the money of the work I will travel to other country with my girlfriend before start the university's class or better I will travel to Punta Arenas, the city of my dear friend Ivan. I hope go to Kiosko Roca for eat the famous breakfast of milk with banana and "chori bread", haha.
Well, is all for today. See you the next week for a new post in the blog and, put atention, also a new video about my hobbie! I believe that everybody know what is, haha. Bye!

My favorite character
Hello my friends! I know that you are waiting for this moment. Like every Tuesday, I will write a new post here. Today I'm going to talk about my favorite character. In this case, Oliver Atom.
Since I was child, I love the soccer, so when I discovered Super Champions, an anime about this sport, I feel that was the best day of my life. This serie is about a boy, called Oliver Atom, who plays soccer whit his friends and his dream is be a professional soccer player.
First, he plays in his school's team, but whit big effort Oliver was select for the team of his state and finally also he was nominated for the national team of Japan, his country. For his good matches, after Atom plays in Brancos of Brasil and Catalonia of Spain.
The better thing about Oliver is that he is not just a excellent soccer player, because he also is a very good person, whit nice principles and whit much love for his friends and family. Is a good example for the boys that watchs this serie.
Something freak about Super Champions is what some people says about Oliver. Is a rumor that say that all the career of Oliver is just a dream, because in the reality he was run over for a car when he was playing soccer in the street when he was child. And, the most sad thing, he lose his legs in the accident. But I prefer think that is just a bad joke, haha.
Well, is all for today my people. Enjoy this halloween and remember comment my post.
Bye!

Postgraduate Studies
Hello again to my millions of readers. How are you? Fine? Well, it's great. Me too.
You know what day is today? Yes, you are right! Is Tuesday, and each Tuesday is the moment for a new post here, the best blog on Internet!
Today I'm going to write about the postgraduate course that I would considerer taking in the future. Five years in the university are much time, but I think that is important study all time for be a better professional. I'm studying Journalism, so I think that is better take a postgraduate studie about this subject.
If you read the first post of this blog, you know that I love Argentina and Buenos Aires. So I would like study Specialization in Journalism in University of Buenos Aires.
I love the sports, specially soccer, and in the other side of the Los Andes Mountains, the people love soccer, and the sports journalism is very important. They have newspaper and channels of TV only about sports! So, what country better than Argentina for study?
The postgraduate in UBA is for two years. So, like I will stay in other country, I will need win money for living there. For this, I prefer a part-time course, for study in the morning and work in the evening.
Well, it's all for today. See you the next week, and come on University of Chile this Sunday in the classic university!

The Wind That Shakes The Barley Review
Hi my dear friends! I’m here again like all Thursdays with a new post. I hope that you enjoy it!
Today I’m going to write about a film that we seen in the English class with the teacher Benjy. The name of this film is “The wind that shakes the barley”, directed by Ken Loach.
The film tells the story about the war between Ireland and United Kingdom for their independence and also, it is based in the case of two brothers: Damien and Teddy O’Donnovan.
Damien is a revolutionary and he is still fighting in the IRA (Irish Republican Army), but Teddy prefers to accept the agreement and leave the fight, so they will be fight in the Irish Civil War.
I liked this film a lot because I like when the films show war stories, and the story of the Irland and the IRA is very interesting. Besides, the film doesn’t have a happy ending, so it is different to the other movies.
My favorite character is Damien O’Donnovan, because he changed his idea of be a doctor at the service of the British, to be a revolutionary and fight for the people of his country.
My favorite scene is the last, when Teddy has to kill his brother Damien. Is very sad to see how he cry when he instructs the soldiers to shoot, but is an example of the civil war that the Irish must have fought.
Well, this is all for today. See you the next week for a new post. See you soon!
My future job
Good evening my friends and dears readers of this blog. Like every week, is hour of a new post. Today, I'm going to talk about my future job.
Now, I'm studyng Journalism in University of Chile. I am in the fourth year.
So, in a few years, maybe I will be working in a national newspapper, like La Tercera. I love the sports, especially soccer, so I want work as sports journalist. I imagine me going to the differents stadiums every weekend for see the matches of the national tournament and doing interviews to the soccer's players.
So, is this a job outdoor or indoors? I think that both. In the week the journalist work in a office writing news and in the weekend his job is in the pitch.
The better thing of this job is that you can travel around the world for work in the international events sports, like Olympic Games, World's Cup, Champios League or Libertadores Cup.
I kown that in journalism the salaries are not good, but I think that some things are more important that the money. The experience of travel for the world or know international athletes is most important that have more or less cash.
Well, is all for today. See you the next week for a new post in the best ICEI's class: English 4 with the teacher Benjy!
Bye.
